Mary Grace Kauffman is the Marketing and Communications Manager at Gettysburg History. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Journalism from Shippensburg University. Prior to joining the Gettysburg History team, she spent six years as a journalist in the daily newspaper industry covering topics including crime, business, nonprofits, features and more. Most recently, Mary Grace worked at Destination Gettysburg, the official destination marketing organization for Gettysburg and Adams County, telling stories of the region through social media and media relations. The descendent of a Union veteran, she was raised with a deep respect for history and has a passion for highlighting lesser-told stories. She resides in Adams County with her husband and two cats.
